The recruitment program is considered one of the most important projects of BEC annually. The project was developed with the key mission of recruiting high-quality human resources for the club - passionate individuals who possess suitable mindsets, culture fit and who hope to intensively cultivate their leadership and business skills to gain an advantage in future career paths. Also, the project is assigned with the mission of building and strengthening the image of a dynamic and enthusiastic foreign trade student community.

"WINDS RISE, WINGS UP"
Entering the university environment, you must be excited and eager to try new things that can support for their future orientation. Have you ever narrowed your options down but still can not identify the optimal one? Have you ever had difficulties in taking first steps despite have the best orientation? Which is the most ideal environment for your self-development?
BEC Recruitment 2023: "The Air Glides" comes back this year with the message: "Winds Rise, Wings Up" Let's see and find long-term value in all the opportunities to resiliently and flexibly facing tumultuous changes while taking steady and smooth steps on the path to achieve your goals.
Three rounds of the program will take you through the process of changing your perception and unleashing your potential:
