Internal projects are ones that are held inside the club for the sake of BECers. These projects are also special as they provide more rooms for all members to grow further equally. Not only are academic ones organized but engrossing bonding ones also are initiated to enhance the club’s member connection.

Career Orientation (CO)
CO is an annual project, which aims to provide our members with training sessions related to career paths (including Marketing, Finance/Accounting/Auditing, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Human Resources), contributing to the decisions on the most suitable field for our career. Attendants will acquire an adequate amount of knowledge delivered by trainers who are competent from big corporations and practice activities throughout the event.

AP is a continuation of Career Orientation, with the main purpose of supporting BEC’s members to have more specialized knowledge and skills in their desired career fields, as well as practical skills required for later recruitment application. The program consists of two main activities: CV writing training with the support of HR seniors and 1:1 mock interviews in 5 aforementioned career sections. Such a perfect chance to practice promoting yourself to future employers!

A management trainee program is devised in order to seek proficient people whose goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or operations. This is also the desire of many university students. Therefore, BEC holds the MT Simulation Test as an internal contest for members to get acquainted with the usual format of an MT test and at the same time reflect on their abilities and identify the future orientation. Therefore, everyone would be able to enjoy themselves with the test and draw memorable lessons.

The project is highly appreciated among our members thanks to the support of well-qualified trainer and its comprehensive format as a Case-study contest, with a series of training and exercises. All in all, the project successfully fulfilled its mission of bringing practical data analysis values to help BECers prepare for their future career.

After a year of hard work, this is an opportunity for the Red Owls to sit back, review memories, enhance bonding, and most importantly to recharge energy. This is a platform that serves as a cheerful playground with the main purpose of providing a great chance for a deep reflection on the journey of our members and a great time for a trip to re-boost the energy of our human resources.
