Young Business Leader - B-LEAD 2026 is a Leadership-focused simulated Management Trainee competition, organized by Business & English Club - BEC in collaboration with the Foreign Trade University at HCMC Campus and endorsed by renowned MNCs and well-established corporations.

Deeply understanding students’ concerns in competitive job market, B-LEAD owns a Mission: augmenting the youth with a valuable playground to enhance the “LEAD”ership in the “B”usiness-like environment. Building on the BEC’S 21-year journey of value, B-LEAD is expected to foster the determination of young business leaders who proactively strive to take the lead in the fiercely competitive market.
