ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROGRAM

Considered one of the most important projects of BEC annually, the project was developed with the key mission of recruiting competent and culture-fit human resources for the club - passionate individuals who possess suitable mindsets and aspire to intensively cultivate their leadership and business skills for future career advantages. Also, the project is assigned with the mission of building and strengthening the image of a dynamic and enthusiastic Foreign Trade student community.

Stepping into university, we hear countless pieces of advice, stand at thousands of crossroads, and still find ourselves wondering: Who am I? And how far can I go?

We all start the same way - with clumsy hands but hearts full of curiosity and the desire to explore. And sometimes, all it takes is one small step to begin a journey:

FROM BEGINNERS TO BE-WINNERS.

Before you lies the gateway to Elementia II: Into the Battlefield, opening the Arena of Elemental Mastery, where the four elements - Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind - converge. Here, newcomers will not only learn to wield their powers but also to balance and unite them, go beyond their limits to become the chosen warriors of the prestigious Elemental Academy.

ROUND 1: CALL TO FRONTLINE

The call from the frontlines echoes, marking the beginning of the journey in the Arena of Elemental Mastery. The warriors enter the application challenge, where they showcase their personalities and mindsets to conquer the Gatekeeper.

19/10 - 29/10

ROUND 2: CLASH OF ELEMENTS

The summoned warriors enter the teamwork challenge - where individual strength alone is no longer enough. They are grouped into teams, compelled to learn how to collaborate and harness collective power to complete their mission.

30/10 - 8/11

ROUND 3: RISE BEYOND LIMITS

The most outstanding warriors advance to the individual interview round - the final challenge before officially joining the Elemental Academy. Here, they will demonstrate their capability, adaptability, and suitability.

9/11-13/11

PARTICIPANTS

Legal Vietnamese citizen, currently a first-year student studying at Foreign Trade University, HCM Campus

No limit to the candidate's field of study, all fields of study can register for the exam
